Maciej Skrzeczkowski

Born in 2001, he graduated from primary music school in Płońsk, and continued his education with Joanna Ławrynowicz-Just and Marek Bracha (piano), Beata Popis (harpsichord), Anna Misior (chamber music), and Jarosław Wróblewski (organ) in the Zenon Brzewski Music School in Warsaw.

Skrzeczkowski is a prize-winner of many prestigious competitions in Poland. One of his most notable achievements was the 3rd prize in the Concorso Internazionale di Clavicembalo ‘Città di Milano’ in 2019 (1st prize was not presented).

He has played as a soloist in the Warsaw Fryderyk Chopin University of Music ensembles, Opole Philharmonic, Bydgoszcz (Pomeranian) Phiharmonic Orchestra, in such venues as the Witold Lutosławski Concert Studio of Polish Radio and during the Musica Antica Festival in Urbino (Italy).

Maciej has attended master classes taught by Elżbieta Stefańska, Wojciech Świtała, Andrzej Tatarski, Tobias Koch, Katarzyna Drogosz, Goeffrey Govier, Władysław Kłosiewicz, Daniel de Clerck, Nikolai Demidenko, and Kristian Bezuidenhout, among others.
