The Krakow Opera
The Kraków Opera Choir
Founded along with the institution of Kraków’s opera house more than sixty years ago, the choir performs operas, operettas, masses, oratorios, and cantatas, in its home venue and elsewhere. The Choir had been critically acclaimed on many occasions for its sound and balanced vocal blend.
The Kraków Opera Children's Choir
Founded in September 2008 by Marek and Beata Kluza, the choir consists of around forty girls and boys aged nine to fourteen, most of whom are music school students.
The Kraków Opera Ballet
It consists of Polish ballet school graduates and foreign dancers, many of whom have worked with eminent choreographers in Europe’s major ballet companies. The Ballet performs during opera and operetta spectacles, but its artistic potential manifests itself, first and foremost, in independent ballet spectacles.
The Kraków Opera Orchestra
For more than sixty years the orchestra has performed during spectacles and concerts at the Kraków Opera, abroad an numerous festivals.The Orchestra’s recordings include a DVDs and CDs.
