Performers

Harpist, graduate of the Krakow Academy of Music (class of Bogumiła Lutak-Modrinić) and the Hochschule für Musik Freiburg (where she studied with Ursula Holliger), participant of many international courses in harp performance. As a soloist, she has appeared with the Freiburger Kammerorchester, the Silesian Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra, the Silesian Chamber Orchestra, Sinfonietta Cracovia, Johanniskantorei Frankfurt-Bornheim, Bielsko Chamber Orchestra, the Beethoven Academy Orchestra, Gorzów Philharmonic, Krakow Chamber Orchestra, and the Georg Philipp Telemann Baroque Ensemble. She has given concerts at leading international music festivals in Poland as well as abroad in Ankara, Istanbul, Beijing, Brussels, Vilnius, and Bratislava. She has presented world premieres of works by Polish and foreign composers, including Pertti Jalava, Stephen Montague, Piotr Moss, Philip Czaplowski, Michalis Travlos, Michael Gatonska, Yoori Kim, Michał Kirkoff, Jolanta Zdechlikiewicz- -Reclik, Maciej Zieliński, Mateusz Bień, Wojciech Widłak, Michał Pawełek, Grzegorz Majka, Szczepan Tesarowicz, Adrian Konarski, Janina Garścia, Ewa Fabiańska-Jelińska, Adrian Konarski, Olena Leonova, Hari Kanakis, Oleksandr Shymko, Maxim Shorenkov, and Joanna Szymała. Since 2003, Agnieszka Kaczmarek-Bialic has been the principal harp at the Silesian Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra in Katowice.
